King or Fail is an engaging idle role-playing game that offers players the opportunity to test their skills as both a farmer and a fighter. With additional elements of mining, crafting, construction, and management, players assume the role of a king responsible for protecting, expanding, and developing their kingdom. This game presents a challenging yet rewarding experience that requires dedication and hard work to succeed.

Begin your journey with a small squad of swordsmen and a handful of berry trees. From there, you will need to work diligently to construct a thriving city, ensure the well-being of your citizens, raid enemy castles for valuable resources and experience, amass an impressive army, and transform your modest village into an impressive empire that commands respect.

Throughout King or Fail, players are tasked with various responsibilities that contribute to their success:

With five different types of soldiers available for recruitment and improvement, you can transform your initial band of raiders into a formidable force of highly skilled knights and archers.</li>
 <li>Preparing for battle: Beyond time management and resource mining lies the crucial element of battle. A successful king must demonstrate their prowess on the battlefield. Once you have attended to the basic needs of your subjects, amassed wealth, and enhanced your army's capabilities, embark on expeditions to conquer over 90 enemy towns and castles for valuable loot and experience.</li>
 <li>Becoming a master builder: Enhance your town with a variety of new houses and facilities. King or Fail offers over a dozen different resources that can be crafted into more than 150 diverse buildings and industries. From warehouses to taverns to opulent palaces, these structures generate incremental profits for you, even while you are away from the game.</li>
 <li>Comprehensive Kingdom Management: As a king, your need extends beyond soldiers. You must also hire and upgrade farmers, woodcutters, miners, and other workers to ensure the smooth operation and flourishing prosperity of your craft empire.</li>
 <li>Ballista power: Obtain a fierce advantage in battle by utilizing the ballista. This powerful weapon can be upgraded to provide access to ten increasingly devastating types of projectiles, enabling you to dominate enemy fortifications with ease and assert your position as king of the castle.</li>
